Last Week!

Well, it is FINALLY here!!! My last week at Southwest Baptist University!! I am so ready to be home! I am 5 finals away from coming home! My dad is coming to get me on Friday and then we are going home that same day also! I am ready for it! I will miss my roomie but that is it! I will not miss anything else about SBU. This summer I am taking a summer class at SIUE. Being home will be awesome! I will be able to see Mike whenever I want to!! I am looking forward to it sooo much!!! As for now studying runs my life!

Sunshine is wonderful!

oh, today has been a pretty good day. I was freaking out about having a test and to defend a paper but the paper went well and the test, well it went alright. Stupid math formulas! Anyways, this past weekend was nice and I only have one more weekend left here and then I get to move home FOR GOOD! or atleast until I can afford to move out on my own! Anyways, not this past weekend but the weekend before that I was in a bad car accident on my way home. I was with a friend who was driving and we hydro-planed then we did two 360's in the interstate and hit a lot of pole things on the way before ending in the ditch! It was so scary! This was my fourth accident, I have only been the cause of one of them! Geez, I hate accidents! For some reason the Lord wants me alive! Here are some pics of the car.

Ohhhh this week has been very interesting so far! I have had 2 tests and I found out TODAY that i am able to go home this weekend which is amazing because I have an interview with Old Navy on Saturday! Then, I am going to be working on a school project and using Mike's neice, Taylor. She is absolutely adorable! I am the luckiest girl in the World! I honestly don't know how I got so lucky and was able to find such a great guy! He treats me better than any guy has ever treated me before and I am so grateful for him! Thanks so much Mike if you're reading this! Anyways, I only have two weeks of school left and then a week of finals and I am DONE with SBU!!! I get to go back to SIUE and I am super excited! YAY!

ohhh today!

So, Today has been a so-so day overall. First of all mike called me this morning to tell me they had an earthquake last night which totally freaked me out! ahhhhh! Now, it's the weekend and I hate being here on the weekends because I don't have many friends here at school so therefore I do absolutely nothing on the weekends which absolutely blows! I hate it! end of story! I hate weekends at SBU!

forever....

So, I know for real that it has been forever since I have done anything at all on here but have been so swamped and busy with school lately. My life right now is pretty chaotic with school! I am preparing to come back home in four weeks and I am super excited about that! It will be great to be home for good! I am all registered and everything for all my classes that I will be taking at SIUE. I am also taking a summer class but it's not till the last half of the summer for that's good. I found out some sad news today that one of my friend's dad's passed away last night. So we need to all pray for him and his family as they are going through this hard time right now! As far as Mike and I we are doing GREAT! We're making long distance work for the next four weeks and then we wont have to do long distance anymore! I am super excited about that! It will be nice to be able to see him whenever I want! I am still planning on becoming a teacher however I am not sure what kind of teacher yet! I will either be elementary or secondary. If i do secondary ed then I will be doing middle school! That wouldn't be too bad either!

Too busy!

So, This week so far has not been very good! I have been VERY busy with school stuff and it just makes everything VERY hectic! I FINALLY was able to get all unpacked and everything today! About time I did that, I KNOW! So, the good news is that I got a call back from one of the day cares that I applied at! YAY! They want an interview but I told them i am away at school so I might be able to do a phone interview with them until I can come in, in person! This would be a HUGE blessing to me if I got this job! I had my transcripts sent to them! It is Troy Early Childhood Center! The lady said that she would call me back at the end of this week sometime or if she didn't then I should call her on Monday! Please PRAY that I get this job! I would LOVE it so much to work in a daycare! So, that's it basically for now!

OHHH SPRING BREAK

I had a WONDERFUL spring break at home! It was a great opportunity to relax and just get away from things at school! I spent everyday with Mike and my friends! I went job hunting at 5 different day cares around the area! I was able to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and car washed. I also got the last of the Gardasil vaccines (PRAISE THE LORD) but I broke out in a rash ALL over my chest and behind my ears and is now working its way to my arms! So, I went to the doctor today and he gave me some prednasone! We'll have to see how that works out! But actually it's already not as red as it was before! When we were driving last night we drove on 44 and when we passes 141 you could see the devastation! So many businesses and home underwater! It was crazy! I have some pics. up from when we went to St. Louis to look at some flooding areas! Ill put some up on here! All in all though it was a GREAT spring break! I had an AMAZING birthday with my family and my closest friends! I got to spend a lot of MUCH NEEDED time with Mike! It was awesome! We went out to eat a few times and we hung out with his family quite a bit! Im just sad that One Tree Hill is not on for a whole month! What am I to do? It is my newest addiction and I can barely stand going week to week!!! AHHH!!!

The day before spring break!!

So today was GREAT! I had to take a test but im sure that went very well! I feel pretty confident about it! Also, I got a nice suprise cake and rice krispie cake from my mommy! Thanks mom! I am just super excited to come home! I am in desperate need of a good spring break! School is definately wearing me out! Well, I just painted my nails and im off to bed now!

TODAY!!!

So, today has been a pretty stinkin good day!!! I dressed really cute which always puts me in a better mood and I found out 2 of my classes on Friday have been cancelled!!! YAY!!!! Also, I got an 98% on my math test that I got bak today! Hallelujah!!! So, it has been a pretty stinkin good day i would say! Over spring break I am going to get my hair cut and colored! I want my blonde back! Right now I am brunnette/reddish! I am getting it cut and colored! I want to look like I used to! Ill post some pics of me now and what I used to look like and the way I want it back to!

Sad NEWS!!!

So, Today I found out that my cousins husband died on Saturday! He was only 35 and he had a heart attack! Pray for her and her family because she has a 5 year old daughter! My cousin has lost her dad and now her husband in a matter of 3 years so this is a hard time right now!
On a brighter note, my unlcle who had a liver transplant was able to go home on Sunday!! He has to be on anti-rejection drugs for the rest of his life but he's doing alright! I am SOOO ready for spring break to be here already!!! I get to go home on Friday!! YAY!!! Then on Sunday its my birthday but on Saturday we're hanging out with friends and then having a game night after we go out to eat at B-dubs! Then us girls will all probably stay the night somewhere!!!! IM EXCITED!!!

Spring Break is ALMOST here!!!!

So, Spring break is SOOO close only 6 days away! I just wish it were now! This week is going to go by fast hopefully with my barrage of tests on the way! I have three tests this coming up week! Kind of sucky! But, then on Friday I get to go home and see Mikey! I am super excited about that though! I miss him tons! Long distance relationships are pretty hard!! So, It's pretty much official also, I am going back to SIUE next year! YAY!!! That will be so nice! Im excited to get to be home!!!!

Valentine's Day <3

So, today is valentine's day! I love it! I just wish that I could spend it with Mike! I have to be here at school in boring Bolivar, MO while he's back in Edwardsville! I miss him so much! But it's a pretty fun holday in the dorms. Everyone is passing out little valentine's cards like we did in elementary school and giving people candy! This is definately one of my favorite holidays! However it always makes it much better when you have a special someone on your life! Tomorrow I get to go home and see Mike! That's when we are going to celebrate our valentine's day! We're going to go and see the movie Fool's Gold then we're going to go out to eat! He told me I get to choose where so it will probably be 54th street! Or Olivae Garden! Im just super excited! I got him an amazing gift that I hope he loves but I can't say anything until after he already gets it! Anyways, that's all for now! Thought I would give this blog thing a shot!
